Ironman Safe – Aiden Figueroa scored on touchdown runs of 30, 20, and 15 yards

Integrated Personnel – Kingston Ornellas scored on a 17 yard touchdown run. The team also had a safety.

Wild West- Teegan Gould had a 16 yard TD run. Dylan Grubar had a 11 yard TD run and Evan Alexander had a 9 yard run.

Fifth grade

Lakeland Hawks 34, Coeur d’Alene Vikings 20: Lakeland got a long touchdown run by Cody Morse, two touchdown runs by Mitchell Zimmerman and one from Caysen Loutzenhiser. Thomas Calder caught multiple passes, including a touchdown from Caysen Loutzenhiser. On defense, Chase Burcham and Evan Egelund both provided interceptions for the Hawks.

Chargers 24, Packers, 0: The Chargers defense had their best game of the season keeping the Packers out of the end zone and allowing two first downs in the game. Zach Johnson, Hudson Howard, and Brodie Waddell led the way for the offense with a combined rushing total of 247 yards. Zach Johnson scored on a 35-yard touchdown strike from Brodie Beebe. The Chargers move to 6-0 on the season with one game remaining.

Eighth grade

Steelers 36, Jags 0: The Jags had a total of over 120 yards on the ground, led by 49 yards by Kodamen Matheson. Defensively Kodamen Matheson had eight tackles followed by Blake Vucinich, Nate Hayes and Ryan Rios with five tackles each. Lukas Neal had an interception and returned it 44 yards.

Post Falls Trojan Orange 34, Lakeland Green 8: The Trojans pounded out 288 yards on the ground. Leading rushers were Grant Jones with 109 yards and a TD, Austin Schmidt with 82 yards and a TD, Eli Gondo with 44 yards and a TD, Derek Pearse with 34 yards and Brennen Froehlich with 19 yards. Defensive leaders were Justin Gies who had 5 tackles for losses and Austin Schmidt who had a 66-yard interception return for a TD. Caleb Albert, Jones, Gondo and Carson Shertz were the leading tacklers. Jones also added a 65-yard kickoff return for a TD. The win kept the Trojans undefeated (5-0-1).

Academy Idaho under-9 boys: The Academy beat Sting 2-0 on Oct. 12, on goals by Gabriel Jones and Jaxon Fantozzi.

Coeur d’Alene Sting U14 girls: The Sting played in the Far West Regional League this past weekend, tying ETFC Cypress 1-1 and losing two other games. The lone Sting goal was scored by Jordan Roth. Lily Foster was credited with a great effort in goal.

Sting U13 girls: The Sting lost to the U14 3 Rivers District Black 2-1 and the U14 Sandpoint Strikers FC Mullins 3-2 last weekend. Sting goals were scored by Chloe Biediger, Samantha Veare and McKenzie Mattis. Sting goalkeeper Alexandra Plucker had 13 total saves for the weekend.

Sting U12 girls gold: The Sting defeated the FC Spokane G03 Black-O’Connor/Clayton 3-0 in Puget Sound Premier League play Oct. 17 at Canfield Middle School. Myah Rietze scored twice and Gabby Roberts scored once for the Sting. Amy Corette had one assist, and Taytum Curtis had two. Danika Nowak had the shutout in goal.

Sting U13 boys Arsenal: The Sting defeated CB United from Ephrata, Wash., 9-1 at Coeur d’Alene High on Saturday. Tanner Blakely scored on a penalty kick. Rylan Carter, Jackson Henkle, Mason Paskett and Cooper Proctor each scored one goal. Ronan Malaghan and Christopher Swider scored two goals each. Assists were made by Daniel Rojo, Ronan Malaghan, Ryan Carter and Tanner Blakely.

Academy U12 boys: The Academy played to a scoreless tie vs. the Spokane Pumas Platinum.

Academy U13 girls: The Academy tied the IEYSA Scotties Klein 1-1. Tressa Mullen scored for the Academy, assisted by Kendall Pickford.

Academy U11 girls: The Academy beat FC Spokane G-N/S 9-0. Jenna Chase had a hat trick and one assist, Nicole Adams and Kionna Heston each scored two goals, and Rebekah Hines and Addison Raebel each scored once. Olivia Azzollini had an assist.

Sting U14 boys Valencia: The Sting fell 5-2 to the ISC Gunners on Saturday. Sting goals were scored by McKie Gregory and Cameron Dance.

Sting boys U12 gold: the Sting beat FC Edmonds Velocity 6-0 on Saturday evening. Miles Jones, Jack Shrontz, Noah Janzen, Jaeger Rau, Tyler Gasper and Cooper Larson each scored for the Sting. Walker Jump had two assists, Max Anderson, Miles Jones and Jaeger Rau one assist each. Cole Jaworski had the shutout in goal.

On Sunday morning, the Sting beat Cascade FC Green 4-0. Miles Jones, Noah Janzen, Bryce Allred and Tyler Gasper each scored for the Sting, and Walker Jump, Alex Reyes, Max Anderson and Talon Mitchell each had one assist. Cole Jaworski was again in goal for the shutout.

Sting U10 boys Juventus: On Saturday, the Sting beat the Sandpoint Strikers BU10 Dooley/Smart 5-1. Connor Jump led the Sting with two goals and one assist. Ronan Sternberg had one goal and one assist. Zach McKenna and Gavin Schoener each had one goal, and Trenton Anderson had two assists. Max Entzi and Jensen Elliott teamed in goal for the win.

Sting U11 boys Yellow 04-05: The Sting defeated FC Spokane B04 Black-Ostendorf 5-2 on Oct. 17. Byron Anderson scored two goals and Chris Mongan, Cooper Prohaska and Blaine Leonard each scored once. Chris Mongan and Blaine Leonard each had assists.

Sting U11 girls: The Sting lost 4-3 to the Shadow Morgan last Saturday. Mackenzie Goings scored twice, Jocelyn Dennis once for the Sting. Later that day, the Sting lost 8-1 to the Shadow Laroux. Jocelyn Dennis scored the lone Sting goal on a penalty kick.

Sting U9 boys Messi: The Sting tied Dempsey 3-3 in PSPL play on Oct. 14. Max Cervi-Skinner, Kai Delio and Hudson Kramer each scored once for the Sting. Maddox Le, Luke Mason and Lukas Ruchti each scored once for Dempsey.

Sting U9 boys Ronaldo: The Sting Ronaldo beat 3 Rivers BU8 Green 3-1 on Saturday. Zach Cervi-Skinner scored two goals, Olin Young for the Sting.

Sting U9 girls: On Oct. 10, the Sting beat the Spokane Shadow U10 NS 6-3. Paisley Goings scored four goals, Lydia Lehosit and Lucy Simpson one each in the win. Later that day, the Sting beat the Spokane Shadow U10 Valley 17-5. Rachel Corette had a double hat trick for the Sting, Natalie Thompson had three goals, and Paisley Goings, Devyn Pirwitz, Lucy Simpson, Hadley Green, Brooklyn Paskett, and Adeline Smith also had goals.

On Oct. 17, the Sting beat FC Spokane G06 Gold-Reidt 4-3. Natalie Thompson, Rachel Corette, Devyn Pirwitz and Lucy Simpson all had goals for the Sting. Also that day, the Sting beat 3 Rivers GU8 3-0. Lucy Simpson, Devyn Pirwitz and Rachel Corette each scored for the Sting.

On Oct. 18, the Sting beat FC Spokane G06 Gold-McGarity 5-2. Hadley Green and Lucy Simpson scored twice each, Devyn Pirwitz once for the Sting.

Sting U14 boys Liverpool: The Sting beat the Idaho Thunder 5-0 on Saturday in Post Falls. Dalton Durrant had 2 goals, with Kolby Moore assisting on one of them for the Sting. Ty Shaw also had 2 goals with Cameron Dance assisting on one of them. Jayden Freeman had 2 assists, and Carsen Jacobsen had 1 goal. Jacob Overoye had two saves in the shutout.
