NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On the 13th day of February, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. (recognized local time) of said day, at 409 Coeur d'Alene Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, BRENT G. Kootenai Joint School District #274 will be accepting bids on replacement roofing for Kootenai High School gym. The existing roof is a membrane cover of approximately 13,440 sq. ft.
