NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The City of Post Falls is expanding its existing speed ring / pump track for those utilizing BMX bikes, skateboards and similar human powered wheeled devices. It is essential that future modular units connect to the existing tract and be compatible with the equipment that is already owned and being operated by the Post Falls Parks Department in order to provide for safe and consistent antislip surfacing, the ability to change configurations, and unit connections that join seamlessly. The City of Post Falls is not required to comply with formal bidding procedures due to the city council's finding that there is only one vendor reasonably available to perform the work and provide the equipment. American Ramp Company, INC., is the exclusive North American manufacturer and vendor of the pump track already owned by the City of Post Falls, and therefore is the only vendor whose equipment, components, accessories, and replacement parts will be compatible with the city's existing pump track.
