Meagan Gilliland of Coeur d’Alene and Bart Becker of Post Falls were united in marriage on Oct. 3, 2015, at Mrs. Kalin’s Barn in Green Bluff, Mead, Wash. A reception followed. Boe Due officiated the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Meagan is the daughter of Joe and Michelle Gilliland of Coeur d’Alene. Bart is the son of Dave and Beti Becker of Rathdrum.
Meagan graduated from North Idaho Christian School and North Idaho College. She is employed by Idaho Forest Group. Bart graduated from Post Falls High School and North Idaho College. He is employed by Power City Electric.
Matron of Honor was Barb Rodgers of Coeur d’Alene. Best Man was Matt Skogen of Post Falls. Bridesmaids were Ariel Blake, Alicia Bassett, Danielle Shanley and Erica Ritter. Groomsmen were Zach Becker, Zach Schaff, Ty Campbell and Brent Duffer.
Music for the ceremony and entertainment for the reception was provided by Khristian.
The couple honeymooned at Priest Lake. They will reside in Post Falls.
Kelsey Tibbitts and Matthew Jereczek of Hayden were united in marriage on Oct. 3, 2015, at the house of Lynn Moen. Dale B Haugen, ordained minister, officiated the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Jack and Marlys Tibbitts of Coeur d’Alene. Matthew is the son of Lynn Moen, and John and Tammy (stepmother) Jereczek, all of Coeur d’Alene.
Kelsey graduated from Lake City High School in 2008and North Idaho College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in 2015. Matthew graduated Lake City High School in 2008 and North Idaho College with a HVAC Technical certificate in 2010.
Matron of Honor was Lindsey Tibbitts of Coeur d’Alene. Best Man was Ben Frisbie of Coeur d’Alene. Bridesmaids were Heather Tietz, Coeur d’Alene; Michelle Rowe, Coeur d’Alene; Cayla McBride, Coeur d’Alene; and Kaylee Frisbee, Coeur d’Alene. Groomsmen were Brent Palmer Jr., Spokane; Michael Silvas, Coeur d’Alene; Michael McBride, Coeur d’Alene; and William Clifford, Coeur d’Alene. Music for the ceremony was provided by Michael Wall.
The couple will reside in Hayden.
Sharon Finney and Matthew Anderson of Coeur d’Alene were united in marriage on Aug. 29, 2015, with a beach wedding in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Luke Finney and mother. She is the daughter of Darla Finney of Coeur d’Alene and the late Jack Finney. Matthew is the son of Travis and Jill Anderson of Hilo, Hawaii.
Sharon graduated from Lake City High School and attended Washington State University. She received a scholarship while on the women’s rowing team at WSU and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in food science and human nutrition. Sharon is currently doing private counseling for wellness and nutrition services. Matthew graduated from Timberlake High School. He currently is working as a Biomed for DSI Renal.
A beautiful wedding and reception in Kona followed the ceremony with their closest family and friends.
Matt and Sharon plan to take a one-year anniversary trip to New Zealand. They will reside in Coeur d’Alene.
A special occasion brought five generations together: 4-month-old Romyn Davis, held by grandmother Erin Peters, sitting beside great-great-grandmother Florence Morrison, back from left great-grandmother Ginger Harmala and Romyn’s mother, Angel Franetich.
Mia Isabella Putman was born Oct. 1, 2015, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene, Alina Rogers and Caden Putman of Post Falls. She weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Lloyd Rogers and Giuliana Palmas-Rogers.
