NIC's Logan tied for second after first day of NIC golf invite

HAYDEN LAKE — Luke Logan of North Idaho College is in a tie for second place after shooting a 1-under-par 71 on the first day of the NIC Invitational at Avondale Golf Club.

Jesse Lambert of NIC is tied for sixth following a 74. NIC is in fourth place, six shots back of leader Lewis-Clark State (303). NIC’s women are in second place after the first day, 42 shots behind L-C State. The tourney concludes today with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
