James Earl 'Jim' Fullwiler, 63

James Earl “Jim” Fullwiler, 63, went home to be with the Lord after a long battle with cancer on Oct. 3, 2015, in Everett, Wash. He was born Jan. 27, 1952, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to John and Dee Fullwiler.

He was preceded in death by brother Doug Fullwiler and parents John and Dee Fullwiler. He is survived by his wife, Laurie and children: Jim (Joline) Fullwiler, Natalie Fullwiler, Zachary Fullwiler, Brandy Schwehm and Tyler Perry. He is also survived by his sisters, Jan (Gary) Nelson and Sue (Jim) Myers.

Jim worked for many years in construction, supervising many jobs around the Seattle area. His passion was fishing for steelhead and salmon on his favorite rivers; the Queets, Humptulips and Bogachiel. He and Laurie spent many special weekends in Leavenworth as well as many trips in their motor home. Jim was a quiet and reserved man with strong leadership skills. He also loved to cook and barbecue special meals for his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Lake Stevens, Wash.
