TRAFFIC: Need an answer, please

I have rented a home in the 800 block of Front Street in Coeur d’Alene for three months. To approach my rental to park my car, I travel south on Seventh Street where I turn left onto Front Street (eastbound). To reach my house, I must cross northbound Eighth Street.

Unfortunately, at this intersection, neither street is well marked so the drivers are unsure who has the right-of-way. If anyone can answer this, please let me know via a brief letter to the editor.
