Sheree Cooper with Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors.

Cooper joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.

The Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, founded in 1988, is the world’s largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer. There are more than 40,000 active members of the organization worldwide.

Heather Anderson recently joined the team of sales professionals at Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene. Anderson has a real estate investing background.

Life Care Center of Coeur d’Alene, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, has named Paul McVay its new executive director.

“Paul has tenured successful experience in post-acute and long-term care,” said Tim Needles, vice president of parent company Life Care Centers of America’s Frontier Region. “He truly leads by example, is active with working side by side with associates at every level and has a strong work ethic.”

McVay has 12 years of experience in long-term care, most of which he spent as an executive director for Extendicare, another long-term care and rehab company. He has overseen operations at Lacrosse Health and Rehabilitation Center in Coeur d’Alene and Kittitas Valley Health and Rehab Center in Ellensburg, Wash.

McVay also has a previous career in construction management.

Originally from Long Beach, Calif., McVay earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration. He currently resides in Hayden with his wife, Holly. The couple has two daughters.

Life Care Center of Coeur d’Alene, located at 500 W. Aqua Ave., is one of eight facilities in Idaho operated or managed by Life Care Centers of America.
