NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF FIDUCIARY CAPACITIES FROM COLUMBIA STATE BANK TO AN AFFILIATED TRUST COMPANY Columbia State Bank ("Columbia"), a Washington state-chartered bank, and West Coast Trust Company, Inc. ("West Coast"), an affiliated Oregon trust company, have filed an application under Idaho Code Section 26-1402 to transfer Columbia's trustee and other fiduciary capacities to West Coast effective January 1, 2016.
