Margy Watkins, 62

Margy Watkins was born March 27, 1953, to Wallace and Helen Bradymire in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She passed away Nov. 22, 2015, at Kootenai Health surrounded by family and loved ones.

Margy graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1971; she was part of the first class to graduate at the new building. Margy lived in Florida for a couple years and Texas for almost 20 years then she returned to Idaho.

Margy was the best waitress around, working in various restaurants. She was part of the first crew at Red Lobster in Coeur d’Alene. Margy was a friend to all she met and always took care of her brothers as needed. She loved music, and was always singing with her girlfriends. Margy cherished her antiques and family heirlooms and loved making her home warm and cozy for all.

Margy is survived by her husband, Gary Cain; her father, Wallace (Hazel); her brothers, David (Rena) and Bret; her sisters, Angie (Chad) and Kim (Todd); her daughter, Cheryl; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and of course her cats, Echo and Fatso. Margy is preceded in death by her mother, Helen.

A graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015, at Coeur d’Alene Memorial Gardens, 7315 N. Government Way, Coeur d’Alene. Y’all come!
