Police seek whereabouts of alleged sex offender

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Denver John Hart.
Hart is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging him with felony lewd or lascivious acts with a minor. This is a $250,000 bond warrant with U.S. extradition.
Hart, 46, is a 5-foot-8, 160-pound white male with brown eyes and brown hair. Hart was last known to be living in Post Falls.
The NIVCTF — consisting of members of the FBI, Idaho State Police, Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office, Coeur d’Alene Police Department, Post Falls Police Department, Idaho Department of Correction and Bonner County Sheriff’s Office — is tasked with locating and apprehending violent fugitives charged with such crimes as homicide, bank robbery, robbery, kidnapping, rape / sexual assault, felonious assault, arson, drug trafficking, etc.
