VETERANS: An inspiring performance

Kudos to the Coeur d’Alene LAM (Lutheran Church of the Master school) for their Veterans Day performance. It was in honor of military veterans (servicemen and women).

The children recited presidential speeches and led an armed forces medley in recognition of the U.S. military. It was a beautiful and very impressive program. At closing, the students presented cards to all veterans in attendance. Lots of red rimmed eyes in the audience. We should have more public appreciation to our service people.

And, thanks for the fine job the LAM faculty and students (pre-k to fifth grade) did.
