Stolar, Joseph B., 25, Worley, failure to appear for domestic battery, $10,000.

Wallace, Skyler L., 20, Post Falls, failure to register as a sex offender, $10,000.

Washburn, Nora C., 30, Rathdrum, failure to appear for petit theft, $1,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
