NIC GOLF: Miller fifth in fall tourney finale

WALLA WALLA, Wash. — Nicole Miller finished fifth overall with a 86-82—168 for the North Idaho College women’s golf team in the Walla Walla Fall Classic, which concluded on Monday.

North Idaho’s women finished third with a 276-254—530. Bellevue won the women’s title with a 248-244—492. NIC’s women placed third or better in every event this fall.

Former Lakeland High standout Haley Rotchford finished sixth with a 86-83—169 for Spokane, which finished second.

North Idaho’s men finished sixth with a 314-302—616, led by Luke Logan with a 77-76—153.

Walla Walla won the men’s team title with a 304-291—505.
