Jane W. Velicka, 74

Jane Velicka has ended her fight with cancer. Jane lived in Rathdrum, Idaho, since 2000. She traveled many times to beloved Texas to see her children that remained there. The years and miles may have separated her children but she was loved by each and everyone.

Her oldest son, Earl, and his family live in Spokane and will miss her deeply. Jane’s friend Stanley of Conde, S.D., has been by her side for 15 years and stayed with her until the end.

Jane had seven children, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. They all love her and will miss her wonderful laugh and smile. Along with many friends, Jane will be laid to rest in Austin, Texas, with her young daughter “Kemby.”

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that any donations be made to the North West Cancer Center.
