FELONIES

Dendaas, Nathan J., 37, Post Falls, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon, $45,000.

Fox, Victor W. Jr, 36, Hauser Lake, probation violation for grand theft, no bond.

Pittsley, Eric L., 40, Post Falls, exploitation of a vulnerable adult, $50,000.

Seeley, Thomas D., 31, Post Falls, stalking, unlawful entry, malicious injury to property, battery, $25,000.

Smith, Kristi A., 38, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, $15,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Birchler, Daniel L., 23, Post Falls, failure to appear for DUI, no bond — three days jail.

Burdett, Brandon A., 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for battery, $5,000.

Frank, Kenneth K., 56, Post Falls, petit theft, $2,000.

Jarmer, Matthew A., 22, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for resisting/obstructing law enforcement, driving without privileges, $5,000.

Johnson, Charles E., 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for battery, $5,000.

Kelly, John P., 55, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for domestic battery, $5,000.

Larsen, David A., 27, Hayden, failure to appear for false information to law enforcement, $2,500.

Manley, Abraham D., 34, Bonners Ferry, probation violation for battery, $5,000.

Mayall, Jonah B., 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for DUI, driving without privileges, carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence, $5,000.

McMackin, Timothy S., 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for domestic battery, malicious injury to property, $5,000.

Samons, Justin M., 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for DUI, $2,000.

Schnall, Donald H., 46, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for DUI, $2,000.

Swan, Teresa L., 47, Post Falls, failure to appear for petit theft, $5,000.

Tobiska, Tiffany T., 22, Rathdrum, failure to appear for disturbing the peace, $5,000.

Zamorano, Jimmy, 64, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for domestic battery, $1,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
