POST FALLS - Post Falls won its first league title in school history after tying Lewiston 6-6 on Thursday. Post Falls had beaten Lewiston earlier in the season.

"Kids were asking me where we were at and how we were doing team-wise," Post Falls coach Kirk Hartzell said. "When the kids were on the court, they battled their butts off. The kids were pretty resilient. We were putting our kids together for our district tournament. That gave our kids an advantage, because our kids were playing with same partners."

Later, Sandpoint was beating Post Falls 8-3 before the match was suspended due to darkness.
