Pock, David H., 35, Post Falls, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, driving without privileges, $35,000

Quinones, Joseph M., 25, Post Falls, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, no bond.

Winn, Denver L., 21, Rathdrum, grand theft, burglary, $50,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Bailey, Wendy A., 42, Athol, failure to appear for battery, domestic battery, $5,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
