FELONIES

HAMILTON, Terrance J. Jr., 46, Rathdrum, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, false information to law enforcement, $50,000.

JOSIE, Travis C., 30, Post Falls, grand theft, $5,000.

PETERSON, Dimitrius L., 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for domestic battery, attempted strangulation, injury to a child, $10,000.

PRICE, Steffeni R., 31, Spokane, probation violation for burglary, no bond.

WHITMAN, Donna M., 44, Post Falls, burglary, $25,000.

MISDEMEANORS

ALLEN, Jessy W., 24, Post Falls, failure to appear for DUI, no bond — 10 days jail.

ALLMARAS, Matthew A., 32, Post Falls, probation violation for DUI, $20,000.

BENOY, Richard E., 59, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving without privileges, no bond — 20 days jail.

CALKINS, Roberta R., 47, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, frequenting a place with illegal controlled substance, no bond — seven days jail.

CAMPBELL, Joshua M., 33, Coeur d’Alene, failure to pay child support, $1,000.

CLEMENS, Jerimy R., 32, Post Falls, failure to appear for contempt of court, $8,547.09.

DOTSON, Krystal N., 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for possession of paraphernalia, frequenting a place with illegal controlled substance, $5,000.

EVANS, Soniah R., 31, Ponderay, providing false information to law enforcement, possession of prescription blanks, $5,000.

HARMS, Fred N., 39, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for DUI, $10,000.

JUSTICE, David R., 32, Post Falls, failure to appear for driving without privileges, no bond — 10 days jail.

LOCKMAN, Bridgette M., 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, $2,000.

PRESCOTT, Aaron R., 44, Rathdrum, failure to appear for DUI, no bond — 169 days jail.

SUTTON, Ronald A., 50, Post Falls, failure to appear for DUI, no bond — four days jail.

WAGNER, Tyler R., 23, Coeur d’Alene, graffiti, $1,000.

WALKER, Justina P., 22, Post Falls, failure to appear for possession of paraphernalia, frequenting a place with illegal controlled substance, no bond — five days jail.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
