FELONIES

Bisher, Dale W. 60, Spirit Lake, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance, $10,000.

Gittel, Heidi K., 34, Hayden, probation violation for forgery, no bond.

Marvin, Brandy J., 27, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance, $50,000.

Rickman, Christopher M., 22, Post Falls, probation violation for grand theft, no bond.

Ross, Dashan A., 23, Post Falls, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance, $50,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Baber, Jessica L., 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving without privileges, no bond — 10 days jail.

Benson, Jack D., 19, Post Falls, failure to appear for DUI, $5,000.

Butts, Jonathan M., 21, Post Falls, failure to appear for petit theft, $2,000.

Cooper, Cody R., 24, Athol, petit theft, $2,000.

Cord, Sean M., 37, Athol, failure to appear for DUI, $5,000.

Cornett, Ryan T., 24, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving without privileges, possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond — 30 days jail.

Hegel, Craig A., 43, Rathdrum, failure to appear for unlawful entry, battery, $10,000.

Hunnel, Benjamin G., 22, Athol, failure to appear for DUI, no bond — 10 days jail.

Johnson, Nathaniel D., 26, Athol, failure to pay child support, no bond — 30 days jail.

Kilgore, Timothy M., 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond — eight days jail.

Plascencia, Lindsey M., 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for providing false information to law enforcement, no bond — 30 days jail.

Roman, Michelle V., 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, $5,000.

Sand, Joseph D., 46, Coeur d’Alene, failure to pay child support, $2,500.

Sieverding, Jack E., 44, Hayden, failure to appear for battery, no bond — five days jail.

Teague, Michael R., 47, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving without privileges, no bond — 20 days jail.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
