COLUMN: America is sick and dying

Jim Purtee beat me to the draw with his column in the July 11 Press. I have a half drafted one on basically the same subject.

When are the brain dead liberals going to wake up to the fact that they are killing this country? Most of the politicians (Idaho generally excepted) that we elected are wimps that are so interested in being politically correct that sensible legislation is impossible. Why have we not sealed our borders, established logical immigration reform, reformed our tax code, established voter ID rules nationwide, repealed or at least modified Obamacare and clamped down on government waste?

I really fear for the future of our country.
