St. Vincent de Paul Steak Fry set for July 18

COEUR d'ALENE - The seventh annual St. Vincent de Paul Steak Fry is taking place Saturday at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds from 5-10 p.m.

The evening will include live music by the Kelly Hughes Band and the Colby Acuff and Justin Sherfey duo as well as a steak dinner with all the fixins provided by award-winning pitmaster Jeff Selle.

Proceeds will benefit St. Vincent de Paul of North Idaho's warming centers.

"The proceeds from this event help make our warming centers possible for those without shelter during our cold months," said Barb Smalley, St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho's development director. "People often ask me what they can do to help the less fortunate in our community. By purchasing a ticket or several tickets for this event you are making a difference."

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at www.stvincentdepaulcda.org, by calling 416-4717 or at any of the St. Vincent de Paul thrift stores or Gourmet Way in Hayden.

The Kootenai County Fairgrounds are located at 4056 N. Government Way in Coeur d'Alene.
