Innovative sushi with the freshest and local ingredients and special sake, wine and local craft beers will be offered in two rooms with a mixture of intimate seating divided from an upbeat lounge by the sushi bar. Seating is for 46 customers. Joining Ciccone are Gabriel Cruz, hospitality manager, and Ryan "Bogie" Bourgard, executive chef.
