| July 8, 2015 9:00 PM

Aimee Lynn Gant, 30, passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on July 1, 2015, at Kootenai Health due to complications of pneumonia.

She was born on April 24, 1985, to David and Michelle Gant in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Aimee grew up and spent most of her life in Coeur d'Alene until moving to Seattle in 2007. She recently moved back to Hayden Lake after being gone for eight years. She was so happy to have returned home.

Aimee attended Coeur d'Alene Schools and held various positions in Coeur d'Alene and Seattle, including the ASPCA which she was very passionate about. She was a friend to everyone and touched many lives. Some say she was an angel that was sent here to impact, influence and teach us all. She will be with us always.

Aimee is survived by her parents, David and Michelle Gant of Ocean Shores, Wash., her only brother, Nick Gant and his wife Kayla, of Everett, Wash., grandmothers Edith Brehm of Hayden Lake and Pat Gant of Post Falls; aunt and uncle Christine Ely and Craig Ely of Dalton Gardens, aunt and uncle Pam Knapp and Dan Knapp of Chilco, and aunt Gail Thompson of Silver Valley; and many cousins and friends.

Please join us in her Celebration of Love from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, at the Hayden Lake Eagles, 1520 W. Wyoming Ave., Hayden Lake, Idaho.

In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to the ASPCA at www.aspca.org/donate for Aimee's animals.

The Gant family is under the care of Yates Funeral Home. Please visit Aimee's memorial and sign her online guestbook at www.yatesfuneralhomes.com.
