DURKEE, Ore. (AP) - Authorities said alcohol consumption is suspected to be a factor in a rollover crash that killed an Idaho man in eastern Oregon.

Oregon State Police said the crash happened at about 1:30 a.m. on Saturday morning on Interstate 84 near the community of Durkee in Baker County.

Investigators said 64-year-old Enrique Jiminez of Boise was heading west on I-84 when he started to pass a pickup. For unknown reasons, Jiminez swerved into the pickup, causing both drivers to lose control of their vehicles.

Jiminez was ejected from his vehicle as it rolled over several times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The pickup's driver, 24-year-old Taylor Grove of Phoenix, Ariz., was not hurt in the crash.

Investigators said Jiminez was not wearing his seat belt at the time.
