On June 17 while installing a 6-foot chain link fence, I suffered a heat stroke. Do not know how long I was out, but managed to call 911.
First the police, who I can’t thank enough, got my face out of the dirt. Then the ambulance and the fire department. I had my tractor parked in an alley hooked up to a fence stretcher. So I have the alley blocked, my dogs can get out, and I’m on the way to the hospital! When my wife got to the hospital she said the police informed her of what had happened. They also informed her that they finished the fence, the dogs were secure, and my tractor was back in our yard.
I wish I knew their names. This was going above and beyond, and I am so grateful to all of them.
