JOB: Looks like cronyism from here

Cronyism Defined: the unfair practice by a powerful person (such as a politician) of giving jobs and other favors to friends.

It shows real arrogance on the part of the County Commissioners to hire a former public official (Todd Tondee) after the public cast a vote of no confidence. The discouraging part is the commissioners must know how corrupt this looks yet they feel so comfortable with their voting base they don’t care. This is bad for Kootenai County.
