DeHaas, a senior third baseman/catcher from Coeur d'Alene High, went 4 for 12 with a single, two doubles, a triple and four runs batted in as the Crusaders (2-2) beat British Columbia 7-5, Concordia 4-3 and lost to Lewis-Clark State, ranked second in the NAIA, 5-4 and College of Idaho 14-10 in a tournament on Feb. 6-7. On the season, DeHaas is batting .321 (9 for 28) with five doubles and six runs scored.
