Hayden Library to offer hip-hop workshop

A hip-hop workshop for middle school and high school students will be offered from 7-9 p.m. Feb. 21 at Hayden Library, 8385 N. Government Way.

Lynsie Morris will be featured as a guest instructor.

"Lynsie offered a hip-hop workshop at the Post Falls Library last summer, and when we were planning our winter programs, we knew we had to have her come to Hayden as well," said Nick Madesen, youth services specialist at the Community Library Network in Hayden.

The workshop will focus on simple hip-hop moves, confidence building, and free movement. It is a great opportunity to strengthen skills or learn something brand-new.

Morris is a local dancer and choreographer.
