Mildred 'Millie' Cutts, 95
Mildred Frances Cutts, 95, of Coeur d'Alene (previously Castro Valley, Calif.), died Wednesday morning, Jan. 28, 2015, at her home with family.
Born July 7, 1919, in Cass Lake, Minn., she was the daughter of the late Louis J. and Frances B. Mettel.
Millie lived a very full and active life as the mother of four, owner of Central Blue Print Co. in Hayward, Calif., and perpetual volunteer working with Our Lady of Grace in Castro Valley for more than 50 years. She loved traveling, playing cards, and root beer floats.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by her daughter, Pamela Medeiros Stasney of Houston, Texas, in 1995.
Millie is survived by her children: Paul Mitchell of Cataldo, Idaho, Pat Martin of Manteca, Calif., and Peter Cutts of Arnold, Calif.; 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services for Millie Cutts will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 20, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 625 E. Haycraft, Coeur d'Alene.
