Here is this week’s list of suspected lawbreakers sought by Kootenai County police agencies and the sheriff’s office:

Felonies:

Arthur, Jesse L., 22, Post Falls, failure to appear for domestic battery, $25,000.

Kyzar, Krista C., 21, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for burglary, no bond.

Mack, Schon P., 42, Hauser Lake, attempted strangulation, domestic battery and false imprisonment, $25,000.

Peek, Alex J., 20, Worley, burglary and grand theft, $10,000.

Simmons, Joshua W., 34, Coeur d’Alene, burglary and grand theft, $15,000.

Misdemeanors:

Andrews, Robert M., 20, Post Falls, battery and unlawful entry, $2,000.

Bostwick, Charles E. Jr., 40, Post Falls, failure to appear for providing false information to law enforcement, no bond - nine days confinement.

Cole, Levi W., 22, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for violation of a no-contact order, $20,000.

Cooper, Timothy V., 30, Coeur d’Alene, battery and disturbing the peace, $10,000.

Davis-Smith, Kyle J., 22, Post Falls, failure to appear for battery, $2,000.

Ferris, Joshua M., 34, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for battery and possession of drug paraphernalia, $3,000.

Fullmer, Jason C., St. Maries, probation violation for malicious injury to property and petit theft, $5,000.

Houser, Eric L., 32, Post Falls, failure to appear for reckless driving, $2,500.

Johnson, Timothy J., 60, Rathdrum, failure to appear for driving without privileges and failure to provide proof of insurance, $5,000.

Kelley, Danielle, 42, Athol, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $5,000.

Mitchell-Rojas, Jeffrey B., 30, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for battery, $1,500.

Saunders, William R., 22, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for petit theft, $10,000.

Stoll, Scott E., 47, Hauser Lake, probation violation for battery and destruction of a telephone line, $10,000.

Stone, Austan T., 19, Post Falls, probation violation for driving under the influence and frequenting place with drugs, $10,000.

Zito, Renae J., 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for driving under the influence and invalid licesnse, $2,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines. Anyone knowing the location of a wanted person can contact the local law enforcement agency or the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office at (208) 446-1300.
