TROUT: In the wrong lake

How is it the Fish and Game has money to stock trout in a private lake (Avondale) when the access is ALL private and could be denied. This lake warms up so much in the summer that the trout will have problems. Seems like the fish should have been put into Hayden so we can get our Rainbow population back to a decent fishery.
