REFUGEES: Call for real research

It would be helpful if people who submit letters to the editor actually did some research on the facts. The vetting of refugees is a subject often criticized with no references to how the process is actually done. Many negative references to “Obama” are made in contexts over which he has no power. Please explain how he does that.

References are often made to judging events or other people based on experience or “the eye test.” I’d like to know how that actually gives someone a clear understanding of events and other people. I am afraid that the latter is the first step toward stereotyping which is a short step toward bias and an underpinning for racism.
