NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The City of Post Falls will purchase and equip three new police cars with in-car camera and computer systems, and the miscellaneous equipment necessary to install such, in order to better provide for the safety of the public and law enforcement officers. The City of Post Falls is not required to comply with formal bidding procedures due to there being only one vendor reasonably available to perform the work and provide the equipment. Coban Technologies, Inc. currently equips the City of Post Falls Police Department's police cars with similar technology, and therefore is the only vendor whose equipment, components, accessories, computer software, and replacement parts will be compatible with the existing cars and equipment.
