Bicknell, Scott, R., 25, Hayden, burglary, grand theft, petit theft, $25,000.

Foshee, Nicholas, J., 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear grand theft, $25,000.

Ofearna, Kathy, M., 24, Rathdrum, failure to appear for delivery of controlled substance, possession drug paraphernalia, $25,000.

Smith, Michael, T., 53, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for assault, $5,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Aspitarte, John, D., 31, Rathdrum, failure to appear driving for without privileges, $2,500.

Bohlman, Jeremy, J., 36, Plummer, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $1,000.

Burgess, Jeremy, J., 40, Coeur d’Alene, failure to pay child support, $3,000.

Kinney, Nicole, M., 29, Rathdrum, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $1,000.

Kirby, William, D., 59, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for DUI, $2,500.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines. Anyone knowing the location of a wanted person can contact the local law enforcement agency or the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office at (208) 446-1300.
