POST FALLS SENIOR CENTER ADDITION TO THE POST FALLS SENIOR CENTER - BID SOLICITATION The Post Falls Senior Center, Post Falls, Idaho, by and through the Board of Directors for the Post Falls Senior Center, is soliciting formal bids for a building addition and associated site work to the existing Post Falls Senior Center located at 1215 E 3rd Ave, Post Falls, ID 83854. The main areas of work will include: *Removal of existing carpet and replace with new modular carpet tile. *Excavation for footings/foundation at the additions. *Concrete work including foundation, slab on grade, accessible ramp and new sidewalk areas. *Damproofing of foundation and site drainage piping to existing GIA swale. *Wood frame addition, interior doors, aluminum storefront, vinyl windows, composition shingle roofing. *Associated site work: asphalt pavement patching, seal coat, and re-striping of entire parking area. *Removal of existing metal roof and replace with composition shingle roofing. *Extension and updates to existing mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems - Design/ Build. Public Notice The Annual Budget Meeting of the East Greenacres Irrigation District will be held on August 25, 2015, at 7:00 P. M. at the District Office, N. 2722 McGuire Road, Post Falls. The proposed 2016 Budget includes a proposed 3% increase in irrigation assessments and a 2% increase in domestic base rates. Any interested landowner is invited to attend.
