MISDEMEANORS
George, Antoine P., 30, Plummer, failure to appear for DUI, no bond — five days jail.
Guffey, Jason R., 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for destroying/altering/concealing evidence, $10,000.
Haver, Michael E., 38, Post Falls, failure to appear for domestic battery, $7,500.
Hocking, John F. Jr., 58, Post Falls, driving without privileges, no bond —10 days jail.
Lantto, Justin R., 19, Post Falls, failure to appear for petit theft, $2,000.
Mathis, Travis J., 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for DUI, $2,000.
McMackin, Timothy S., 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for domestic battery, malicious injury to property, no bond — 10 days jail.

Pogue, Levi J., 23, Post Falls, passing a school bus, $1,000.

Russell, Rodney H., 43, Hayden, failure to appear for driving without privileges, no bond — 20 days jail.

Van Rossum, Jennifer A., 23, Post Falls, failure to appear for driving without privileges, no bond — four days jail.
Whitney, Timothy J., 41, Coeur d’Alene, petit theft, $2,000.
Yapp, Robert R., 22, Post Falls, petit theft, $2,000.
Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
