PUBLIC NOTICE Proposal for Reimbursement of Title III Funds 45-day Public Comment Period The Kootenai County Commission proposes to use funds made available under Title III of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act (Public Law 112-141) to reimburse the county for search and rescue and other emergency services on National Forest lands in Kootenai County in the amount of $8,561.28.
