Gas mask causes scare

POST FALLS - A man who was wearing a gas mask at a Post Falls senior facility caused concern on Friday night.

Post Falls Police received a report of a suspicious male at 8:22 p.m. at one of the Garden Plaza of Post Falls facilities at 460 N. Garden Plaza Court.

After officers arrived, they found that a former employee had stopped by to show a friend and current employee a new piece of military memorabilia he had purchased.

Although police found that no crime had occurred, the man was warned about wearing the mask in places that can cause a stir.
