<p>Emergency crews respond to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on Interstate-90 near Post Falls on Monday. Traffic in the westbound lanes was backed up for abut four miles as crews worked in the area. The cause of the accident is under investigation.</p>

Kimble drove into the ditch in an effort to avoid colliding with a vehicle that was stopped on Highway 53 waiting to turn. The semi struck the rear passenger side of the stationary vehicle causing moderate damage to both vehicles. No injuries were reported.</p>
