COEUR d'ALENE - Havana Johnson scored two goals, one in the third minute and the second coming in the 78th minute, as the Lake City Timberwolves beat the Lewiston Bengals 4-0 in a 5A Inland Empire League match on Saturday at the Irma Anderl Soccer Complex.

"Havana's a very efficient player," Lake City coach Matt Ruchti said. "When she gets six or seven chances in front of the net as an attacking player, and can be 50 percent, she can be a good player and she seems to be doing that this season. But we've got players that are getting her the ball in the right spots."

Lewiston beat Lake City 4-2 in the team's previous matchup in Lewiston on Sept. 11.

"We've only lost two matches all year," Ruchti said. "One to Central Valley and the other to Lewiston. Our players were waiting to have this game come back around."

Meaghan Bare had two assists for Lake City (9-2, 3-1), which travels to Moscow on Tuesday.
