SYD: Reminders from Ruby Ridge

I would like to thank Syd Albright for refreshing my memory on Ruby Ridge. I met Randy Weaver on a forest road above his cabin where he left an old pickup that he used to go into Naples without anyone seeing him go. He knew I used that road to go snowmobiling on Roman Nose Mountain. I lived in Naples at the time and later saw him and his wife at the Naples store and Post Office. He seemed like a nice guy and I respected his thoughts.

At the time of the standoff, I was driving truck from Ohio to California. I heard it on the radio in Needles, Calif. I thank God I wasn’t home at the time because I might have been in the middle of it!
