POST FALLS URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2014-03 Public notice is hereby given by the Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency (the "Agency"), that on October 8, 2014, the Board of Commissioners of the Agency approved and adopted Resolution No. 2014-03 (the "Resolution"). The Resolution approves Business Loan Agreement and Commercial Security Agreement (collectively the "Loan Agreement") between the Agency and Community 1st Bank, and authorizes the issuance of the Agency's Promissory Note, Series 2014 (City Center Spokane Street Revitalization Project) (the "Note"), in the principal amount of up to $1,200,000 and maturing on September 1, 2018. The purpose of the loan is to finance construction of projects within the City Center District, including, but not limited to, (i) revitalization of Spokane Street between the I-90 freeway and Spokane River, (ii) payment of costs of engineering and design work related to the project; and (iii) payment of costs of issuance of the Note as authorized by the City Center Urban Renewal Plan approved by the City by adoption of Ordinance No. 774 on August 16, 1994, and as amended by Ordinance No. 1044 adopted on July 20, 2004. Under the Loan Agreement, the Agency has identified for the payment of the principal and interest coming due the Agency's Revenue Allocation Proceeds, the incremental portion of taxes received by the Agency under the authority of the provisions of Title 50, Chapters 20 and 29, Idaho Code (collectively, the "Act"), and the City Center Urban Renewal Plan by adoption of City Ordinance No. 774 on August 16, 1994, as amended by the City under Ordinance No. 1044 adopted on July 20, 2004.
