McGovern, Jason C., 38, Hayden, probation violation for possession of child sexual exploit material, no bond.

Morris, Benjamin D., 38, Spokane Valley, first degree stalking, $150,000.

Sherman, Craig A., 57, Post Falls, aggravated assault, malicious injury to property, $50,000.

Misdemeanors

Dan, Michael R., 35, Hayden, failure to appear for battery, $10,000.

Chapin, Forrest J., 79, Post Falls, failure to appear for domestic battery, $5,000.

Gonzales, Gilbert A. Jr., 39, Coeur d’Alene, domestic battery, no bond.

Hargrove, Nicholas A., 28, Coeur d’Alene, violation of a no contact order, no bond.

Hawkins, Marcus S., 33, Post Falls, failure to appear for domestic battery and injury to child, $10,000.

Johnston, Kent E., 37, Post Falls, contempt, $5,000.

Jones, Michael L., 39, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for grand theft and resisting or obstructing an officer, no bond.

Richardson, Kip R., 41, Coeur d’Alene, use of a telephone to harass or threaten, $5,000.

Romans, Joshua L., 39, Coeur d’Alene, violation of a no contact order, $5,000.

Shepherd, Jason R., 35, Coeur d’Alene, cruelty to animals and permitting animals to go without care, $2,000.

Snipes, Jamie L., 26, Rathdrum, failure to appear for driving under the influence, no bond — 14 days confinement.

Tatton, Terry M., 56, Coeur d’Alene, domestic battery, $2,000.

Timblin, Ruben J., 36, Post Falls, failure to appear for domestic battery, $2,500.

Watson, David A., 37, Coeur d’Alene, domestic battery, malicious injury to property and destruction of a telecommunication device, no bond.

Williams, Dylan T., 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for violation of a protection order and petit theft, no bond — two days confinement.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
