<p>SHAWN GUST/Press</p><p>A mobile crane is loaded onto a trailer after accidentally slipping off a barge while North Idaho Maritime workers were transferring the crane onto a truck Thursday morning at the Honeysuckle Beach boat ramp. According to Hayden Planning Director Sean Hoisington the barge shifted backwards during the transfer and the front axle slipped off the truck into the water. A small amount of hydraulic fluid leaked into the lake, but Hoisington said most of that was contained with hazmat absorbent booms and the Department of Environmental Quality was alerted to the spill.</p>

Both drivers were transported to Kootenai Health with injuries. The crash is under investigation.</p>
