MEDS: Prices vary dramatically

I recently had need to refill a medical prescription for blood pressure medication. Instead of my doctor calling the information to the pharmacy, I elected to check prices. The following was revealed:

From the information above, it appears that unless you are sleeping with your pharmacist, it would behoove one to let your fingers do the walking. I have found this same scenario to be true for any medication I have checked.
