KILLER: Teen doesn't deserve a transfer

| July 25, 2014 9:31 PM

For all of those who loved and cherished Johnny Samuel, the ACLU’s recent action regarding his murderer’s incarceration accommodations is an incredibly painful slap in the face. Eldon Samuel III is not a child, he is a teenager and a selfish one that slaughtered his little brother with autism without any thought for his well-being and safety.

The Idaho ACLU attorney said “I don’t think we’ve ever had to participate in a case like this before. It’s just so shocking this would happen.” Really? You think this cold-blooded murderer having to sit in a solitary confinement cell without his beloved video games that he was so fond of and having to sit and think about what he did is cruel and unusual punishment? You are sadly mistaken.

What is cruel and unusual punishment is a defenseless and innocent person with autism being systematically slaughtered by his brother, a person who should have had love and compassion for him but thought of him as nothing but a burden and as disposable. You people honestly disgust me. Your time would be better spent protecting other innocent people with disabilities like Johnny who deserve to be protected and for Johnny to receive the justice he deserves, not on that animal. He is the kind of broken that cannot be fixed and he deserves exactly what he is getting. I hope you all can sleep at night because those of us that love Johnny haven’t slept much at all since that awful night.
