IRONMAN: Beauty was on display

My husband ran the Ironman. He collapsed shortly after crossing the finish line. It happened in front of my eyes, and I was very distraught. With this letter I want to thank all those spectators and volunteers that were very kind to me in those moments. I did not have the presence of mind to thank them then and there, but I sincerely appreciate their kind words and attention.

I loved being in Coeur d’Alene, a first for me, and was surprised by its beauty and the big hearts of its people. Thank you!
