CUBBIES: True blue and faithful forever

Enjoyed the column in Tuesday’s Press about the editor meeting Derrek Lee. I, too, am a lifelong Cubs fan growing up in middle Indiana, then living in Chicago for seven years (before lights in Wrigley stadium). My all time favorite player was Adolfo Phillips ... shoulda, coulda, woulda! I’ve never been a fair weather fan for any of my sporting teams due to my love of the Cubs! I met Ferguson Jenkins once and I, too, will never forget it!
