REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR 2014/2015 ANNUAL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR COEUR D'ALENE DRAINAGE UTILITY STORMWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS The City of Coeur d'Alene Drainage Utility, through this Request for Proposals (RFP) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering services to assist the Drainage Utility in the design, oversight and construction of a variety of capital improvements to the City's stormwater collection system. The City has budgeted $250,000 for these Capital Improvement Projects. Whereas the City intends to complete one or more of these projects during the 2014/2015 year. Projects have yet to be determined. Professional services sought by the City are to be provided on an "as-needed basis" under a task order process established by the City's Drainage Utility. Copies of the Request for Proposals for 2014/2015 Annual Professional Engineering Services for Coeur d'Alene Drainage Utility Stormwater System Capital Improvement Projects including a summary of the professional services requested and evaluation criteria are available at no cost at the City Clerk's office. It is each firm's responsibility to review the entire RFP in order to submit a complete and responsive proposal. A Selection Committee will review, evaluate and rank each written response to this RFP, and will select the most qualified consulting firm. Formal interviews will not be conducted. The highest ranked firm will be invited to negotiate a professional services term contract with the City.
